Collaborating with a house flipping company to revamp the abandoned property on Creek Road demanded comprehensive repairs and updates across the entire premises. This encompassed a fresh roof, exterior painting, and substantial clearing of overgrowth and fallen trees outside. Inside, the refurbishments extended to complete repainting of walls, ceilings, trim, and cabinets, along with new countertops in the kitchen and two bathrooms, upgraded flooring throughout, and revamped bathrooms. The culmination was a transformed home boasting enhanced market appeal and a heightened resale value.
Wellesley
The comprehensive remodel at Wellesley involved transforming a 1-½ story residence with limited functional space into a complete 2-story home. This overhaul included creating a master bedroom and bathroom, two additional bedrooms, an extra bathroom, and expanding the living area. Furthermore, a significant load-bearing wall was removed and replaced with a substantial beam, merging the kitchen, dining room, and living room into a unified space.
